Standard Manufacturer Warranty
Coverage
Raw Race provides a Standard Manufacturer Warranty for all Carbon Fiber Auto Parts. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Claim Process
- Notification: To make a warranty claim, the customer must notify Raw Race within the warranty period.
- Documentation: Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
- Inspection: Raw Race reserves the right to inspect the defective product.

Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, Raw Race will, at its discretion, either:
- Repair the product at no charge.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
- Refund the purchase price.
Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered by this warranty:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual degradation over time from regular use.
- Physical Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Brakes: Specific exclusion of brakes from warranty coverage.

This warranty is the exclusive remedy for any product defect or failure. Raw Race disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Raw Race's liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the defective product as described above. In no event shall Raw Race be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
